Custom Embroidery Information
About Our Logo Embroidery Process
STEP 1 -
Every order is approved and processed by a dedicated agent to ensure prompt and quality service. All of our staff is U.S. based right here in Buffalo, NY.
STEP 2 -
We review the details of your embroidery job to ensure you'll get the quality you expect. If we see something that doesn't make sense to us, or ways it could look better, we'll call or email you with our recommendations.
STEP 3 -
Your artwork is reviewed to make sure it meets our requirements for production and will sew properly. If there are any problems or concerns with your artwork, we'll contact you to work out a solution. To make it easier for you, we accept all formats of artwork.
STEP 4 -
Once we have your artwork prepared and approved by you, it's digitized so our state of the art embroidery machine can embroider it.
STEP 5 -
After your artwork is digitized, a test sew out is done to ensure quality embroidery. Upon request, we can send you a scan or picture of the sew out before embroidering it on your garments.
Logo Embroidery Pricing
There is a one time digitizing/setup fee of $49 if ordering less than 24 (for new customers) pieces with the same logo. Good quality artwork is required or else an art charge may be added. Any artwork that exceeds 4 inches or a generous 10,000 stitch count will be subject to additional fees. There will be an increase in cost if more than one production sew out needs to be created for review.
Most logos are well within the 10,000 stitch count. If your logo does exceed 10,000 stitches, Customer Service will contact you with additional fees. There is no digitizing fee if we have already done your logo before.
Repeat Logo Embroidery Pricing
$7.95 per item/location
Based on orders of one logo, in one location, no larger than 4 inches, with 10,000 or fewer stitches. For repeat orders, digitizing is already done and ready to go. Only pay to have your logo embroidered on the item.
Stock Lettering Embroidery Pricing
$7.95 For up to 3 lines of text
No set-up fee on stock lettering. Choose from Script or Block fonts
NOTE: Script Font (Cursive) is not recommended for "all caps" text with entirely uppercase lettering.
Script only looks good and should only be embroidered in upper case for the first letter of each word, then lower case for the rest. If you would like all-upper case lettering, choose block.
Text Embroidery does not include special characters. Only A-Z, a-z, 0-9, (),."/-+=$#&!?@%\:'
